The Neighbourhood provides vital support to aging adults and their families. From engaging social and recreation programs, to medication management, and even personal care. Whether your clients are looking to stay active, meet new friends, or need a little extra help during the day, The Neighbourhood provides a safe, enriching, and supportive environment.
Our goal is to enhance quality of life for participants while relieving pressure on caregivers, ensuring everyone feels supported, respected, and connected.

Referring your clients to The Neighbourhood day program is easy, and subsidies are available through NL Health Services. We offer a safe and friendly environment with kind, professional staff, including LPNs, who can provide hands-on care at the level your client requires.
The Neighbourhood helps bridge the gap between home care and long-term care, supporting seniors who may not yet require residential care but can benefit from structured daytime support, social connection, and personal care.
